Engr. Wilfredo “Willy” S. Mallari on Friday took his oath as the new Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD) Undersecretary before Secretary Jose Rizalino “Jerry” Acuzar.

DHSUD key officials witnessed the ceremony and congratulated Undersecretary Mallari who, in turn, vowed to use his expertise to ensure the smooth implementation of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Program.

Prior to his appointment, Undersecretary Mallari has already been dedicating his heart for public service in the last four decades, with his most recent post as assistant secretary at the Department of Public Works and Highways during the reign of former President Rodrigo Duterte.
